Here is the procedure, how to book and use zoom-rooms for the focus groups:
- Harald books HMKW zoom-room for the focus group.
- When the moment comes, Harald logs in to the room and opens the meeting.
- Moderators/facilitators enter the room.
- Harald designates one of the facilitators as a host or co-host of the meeting.
- From now on, the (co-)host can manage and lead the meeting (and Harald can leave it, but will try to stay and observe).
- Participants enter the room for focus group discussion.
- Once the focus groups ends, the (co-)host must ..
- shut down the meeting, and
- logout from zoom.
