Metrics for tracking UX over time
- Conversion rate: because the main goal of users is to find a discount they are looking for, then redeem it via clicking on "jetzt einlösen" and go to the corresponding page.
- Number of clicks: to measure which companies have a better interaction rate and also the number of interactions leading to redeeming the coupons
- Bounce rate: to measure how many users exit the site without further navigation to coupons and other pages.
