Mental Health and Well-being App for College Students (Group 2: Max, Duru, Moritz)

Purpose: To create a safe and supportive environment where college students can improve their mental well-being.

Functions:

∙ Daily Mood Check-in - A daily mood check-in feature that allows users to rate their mood and track changes over time. This feature can help users identify patterns and triggers for their mood changes.

∙ Academic Calendar Integration - Allows users to integrate their academic calendar to the app, so that the app can send notification about important reminders based on the predictions of their moods (for example, about upcoming finals), and reminds users to not to forget to work on their mental health too.

∙ Symptom Assessment - A series of questions designed to assess mental health symptoms and identify potential disorders.

∙ Symptom Tracker - Allows users to track their symptoms over time, providing insights into their mental health and well-being, and helping them identify patterns and triggers.

∙ Mindfulness Exercises - Mindfulness exercises that help users manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
