Objective

To be able to continue the work on your projects we will need to

recap the current status of the projects,
now that should be pretty easy, as you have documented your project in this wiki.
plan the next steps
this is slightly more demanding, but based on the requirements you have described, you should think ahead and imagine what your product would look like, when you roll it out.

In this semester we want to continue the development of your app, product, or service. You will be asked to

  • develop functional prototypes of at least parts of your product,
  • evaluate the functions and design (heuristic evaluation),
  • refine the prototype,
  • prepare and perform a usability test with the prototype,
  • report the results.

Your tasks for today

To get started in the project teams, please

  • prepare a short summary of methods you used (a list of bullet points will do the job),
  • highlight some of the most important findings in terms of needs and requirements,
  • develop a vision: what should your product look like?

Put all that into a few slides or a whiteboard and give a short presentation (5-10 min).
