Findings of a first (quick) usability check
Advantages:
- Downloading songs is a good function and made easy to access
- Options menu does not have many subsections, therefore everything is accesible directls (however, this can also be overwhleming -> no right or wrong way to do it?!)--> Self-descriptiveness
Disadvantages:
- You want to find a specific song and you know the interpret, but not the song’s name and the album
-> You can’t find songs without proper spelling! -> Therefore, you would have to go to the artist page and search in every single album for the specific song (many clicks, time-consuming). However, in the PC version you scroll through all the albums directly! -> why not included in the app?
ALSO: -> no lyrics search function
- Privacy:
-> you can, but just for 6 hours inactivity -> you can make playlists private -> you cannot put your person on private
