Plan and prepare Contextual Inquiry

Each project team is asked to plan and prepare contextual inquiry (CI). The Contextual Inquiry should be started on 3rd of May (if possible).

Here is what you should consider when planning the CI:

Goals & Objectives of the CI: What exactly do you want to know ? How do you make sure you will learn about this?
Who are the target users?
Can you contact them and recruit some of them for your CI? How many do you need?
What is the work or activity you want to support with your project?
Where and when does this activity occur. How can it be observed/investigated?
Which roles, jobs, tasks should be investigated ?
Which methods or techniques do you want to use (interview, observation etc.)
How long will it take?
How do you record your observations / interviews ? What do you need to do that?
