Mental Health and Well-being App for College Students (Group 2: Max, Duru, Moritz)

Purpose: To guide students through the process of finding a therapist while assisting them in improving their mental health on the way

∙ Calm (offers guided meditations, sleep stories, and relaxation techniques to help users reduce stress and improve their mental health.)

∙ Moodfit (an app that tracks mood and helps users manage their mental health by providing resources and exercises to improve their well-being.)
