Mental Health and Well-being App for College Students


Purpose: To create a safe and supportive environment where college students can improve their mental well-being.

Functions:

∙ Daily Mood Check-in - A daily mood check-in feature that allows users to rate their mood and track changes over time. This feature can help users identify patterns and triggers for their mood changes.

∙ Symptom Assessment - A series of questions designed to assess mental health symptoms and identify potential disorders.

∙ Symptom Tracker - Allows users to track their symptoms over time, providing insights into their mental health and well-being, and helping them identify patterns and triggers.

∙ Mindfulness Exercises - Mindfulness exercises that help users manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

∙ Personalised Recommendations - Personalised recommendations for mental health resources and activities based on the user's interests, preferences, and symptoms.

∙ Peer-to-peer Support Groups - Peer-to-peer support groups that allow students to connect with others who are going through similar experiences, share advice

∙ Self-Care Planner - Self-care planner option that allows users to schedule self-care activities such as exercise, meditation, and relaxation, and set reminders to ensure that they prioritise their well-being.
