Prototype Design Plan: Personal To-Do List & Agenda Management App 1. Objective Our goal is to gain in-depth insights into user behavior, motivations, and challenges in task management—especially among students—and to validate which gamification features (like streaks, rewards, or progress bars) can boost engagement and task completion.

2.1 Data Sources • Target Group: University students • Tool: Online survey

2.2 Implementation • The survey will be distributed and completed online for accessibility and convenience.

2.3 Sample Size • We aim to gather data from at least 15 participants.

3. Supported Activity

• The app will help users efficiently plan, organize, and track both academic and personal tasks and goals.

4. Context of Use

• Designed for flexibility, the app supports task management anytime, anywhere.

5. User Observation & Investigation

• We’ll collect user insights through email communication, and use self-assessment ratings and scores to measure engagement and performance.

6. Focus Roles/Tasks

• While students are our primary focus, the app will be applicable to anyone managing tasks and goals.

7. Data Collection Methods

• Quantitative and qualitative methods such as surveys and structured observations.

8. Materials Used

• Tools include a survey questionnaire and an observation checklist.

• Each participant is expected to complete the activity in approximately 10 minutes.
