Zoom Rooms for Focus Groups

Here is the procedure, how to book and use zoom-rooms for the focus groups:

1. Harald books HMKW zoom-room for the focus group.
2. When the moment comes, Harald logs in to the room and opens the meeting.
3. Moderators/facilitators enter the room.
4. Harald designates one of the facilitators as a host or co-host of the meeting.
5. From now on, the (co-)host can manage and lead the meeting (and Harald can leave it, but will try to stay and observe).
6. Participants enter the room for focus group discussion.
7. Once the focus groups ends, the (co-)host must ..
   • shut down the meeting, and
   • logout from zoom.
