Definition: Software/product or product supports the suitability of learning if the user is accompanied through different states of his learning process and the effort for learning is as little as possible.

- being able to seek help or information when you want to learn more.

- the software/product seamlessly suggests new tasks and guides you through new processes so that you can learn as you go.

- should be as intuitive as possible, when related to the user context. So that learning how to use the software is the simplest as possible.
